The Shareholders' Alliance is a 501(c)(6) non-profit fishermen’s organization that represents fishermen and the seafood-loving public who want to bring sustainability and accountability to fisheries management. The Shareholders’ Alliance attributes much of its success to its active and engaged membership as well as the generous support of the fishing community.

The Shareholders' Alliance understands that fisheries are best managed when commercial fishermen have a seat at the table and. We work directly with managers to ensure that regulations protect both the fishermen and the fish. The Shareholders' Alliance has a presence at management meetings across the Gulf of Mexico and in Washington, D.C.
